How to recover Data from a Corrupt Memory card or USB device.
You Plugged in in to your laptop Or PC and your Pc reconized it as a drive and give it a leter.
But when you click on it, you get an error message.
Step #1,
Go to Start menu and go for "Run" command And type CMD for command prompt.

Then type chkdsk e:/r
Step #3,
Now you can see the warning that your drive is not a windows Xp drive - its not a problem.
Press "y" for continuse process
It will start to run through the files and directories. youwill see your files
When it is Almost complete it will ask you if you want to save chains in to files. you may choose yes if you plan to use it
chkdsk will report back what it has done and then go to my computer and check out your drive.
it will open at this point and your able to get to all your data as you can see below
