2. Job Position :Micro-finance Project Head (Jr. Officer): 1
> Education :Bachelors’ Degree (Masters’ Preferred) in management/economics from a recognized university.
> Work Experience:Minimum of 5 years of work experience including 2 years in Senior Assistant/ Supervisor in any bank or micro-finance institutions in credit operations & relationship management h management along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance. Priority will be given those candidates having experience in microfinance.
> Age: Should not exceed 40 years for men and 45 years for women
3. Job Position :(Trainee/Jr. Assistant): 19
> Education :+2 (Bachelors’ Preferred) in management from a recognized university.
> Work Experience :prior experience in any organized organization or having internship in bank & financial institutions are preferable.
> Age: Should not exceed 35 years for men and 40 years for women
Note: No prior experience needed for Trainee Assistant.

5. Job Position :Security Guard :8
> Education : 8 Class passed.
> Other Requirement: Retired Police or Army personnel are preferred.
6.Job Position : Messenger: 4
> Education :Candidate should be literate.
